Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging resources for the Healthcare domain. You will own content-production workstreams from design through review and handoff, partnering with program leaders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities include creating courses, videos, job aids and campaigns, and leveraging tools like Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe and Canva to enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles and dependencies.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication and multimedia assets for Healthcare initiatives.
• Translate approved strategies into clear, engaging experiences and resources.
• Own content-production workstreams from design through final handoff.
• Partner with program leaders, subject matter experts and governance resources.
• Apply standard learning design principles and accessibility standards.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Review, improve and modernize content based on feedback and measurements.
