LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to produce high-quality learning assets for Healthcare client engagement. You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences, own content production for initiatives, and partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and impact.

You will apply instructional design, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training content across multiple formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, and campaigns.
• Translate complex product, technical, and process information into engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, branding, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Review and improve content using feedback and program metrics.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
