Job summary

FST Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to collaborate with the Director of Learning Experience and internal teams to design, develop, and implement sales training materials for new hires, field sales personnel, and management.

You will build blended learning programs focused on product, clinical, and territory management skills, creating engaging course content and activities that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years instructional design experience.
• Ability to independently develop learning assets.
• Experience on cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learner-centered training across eLearning, ILT, and VILT.
• Apply adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop objectives, design docs, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and job aids.
• Create linear and non-linear storyboards with flow, graphics concepts, and interactions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to analyze learning needs and develop solutions.
• Translate technical content into clear instructional content.
• Select appropriate delivery methods based on project requirements.
• Publish content with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI as needed.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality expectations.
• Review materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
