Job summary

FST Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to collaborate with the Director of Learning Experience and internal teams to design, develop, and implement sales training materials for new hires, field sales personnel, and management.

The role focuses on blended learning programs spanning product, clinical, and territory management skills. You will work with subject matter experts to translate complex information into engaging content, create storyboards and assessments, and publish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2-5 years of instructional design experience.
• Able to independently develop learning assets.
• Experience working on cross-functional team.
• Experience working in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in writing, editing, and delivering oral and written information.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training solutions across multiple formats including eLearning and instructor-led formats.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to learning experiences.
• Develop learning objectives, design documents, storyboards, scripts, assessments, and supporting materials.
• Create storyboards with instructional flow, graphics concepts, audio scripts, and interactions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop solutions.
• Translate complex information into clear instructional content.
• Develop and publish learning content using industry-standard tools.
• Package and publish content following industry standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
• Participate in project planning and reviews; ensure quality and deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and customers.
