Job summary

Lucid Software in Utah is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, script, and develop learning content for the Customer Education team. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and success teams to help customers adopt new features and gain mastery of the Lucid Suite.

The role requires 2+ years in adult learning or instructional design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with authoring tools.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in adult learning, digital learning, instructional/curriculum design or UX/UI research/design (may substitute one year of experience for a degree).
Portfolio showcasing strong visual communication, writing, and instructional/UX design samples.
Ability to translate technical concepts into human-centered learning experiences.
Ability to synthesize feedback from stakeholders and performance data to iterate on learning.
Proficiency with any authoring tool for online training (Parta, Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia).
Hybrid position with in-person collaboration at South Jordan office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Responsibilities

Design, script, and produce a broad catalog of high‑impact learning resources and trainings including webinars, in‑app tutorials, live workshops, videos, digital courses, and guides.
Design end‑to‑end learning experiences that onboard customers and accelerate adoption.
Update materials as Lucid Suite features and UI change.
Create scalable, reusable learning assets across multiple touchpoints.
