Job summary

Unboxed Training & Technology is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft engaging training solutions across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital formats. You will work with clients and senior team members to translate objectives into high-quality learning materials.

You will apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies, develop assessments, and contribute to the evolving Integrated Learning Ecosystem while growing familiarity with the company’s SaaS platform and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning and development, education, communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Two or more years of instructional design or related experience.
Ability to design learning materials for ILT, VILT, eLearning, blended, and performance-support formats.
Experience in fast-paced, client-service environments.
Familiarity with adult-learning principles and ADDIE/SAM design methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and develop learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
Create engaging learner-centered content (ILT materials, eLearning, videos, job aids).
Apply adult-learning principles for blended learning experiences.
Translate objectives and SME input into learning materials.
Ensure deliverables meet standards and align with objectives and project requirements.
Support learning evaluation through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and internal teams on design reviews and updates.
Develop awareness of the company’s learning SaaS platform and ILE approach.
