You will partner with subject matter experts to translate complex work into engaging digital and instructor-led learning, videos, and job aids.

You will thrive by asking thoughtful questions, owning discovery through delivery, and leveraging AI and emerging tech to improve training quality and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in instructional design, learning and development, curriculum development, training, or a related field.
• Experience creating digital learning and instructor-led training, including objectives, activities, and assessments.
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design and multimedia development capabilities.

• Understand job responsibilities, processes, tools, and performance expectations with stakeholders.
• Identify learning objectives and training approaches using adult-learning principles.
• Develop self-paced digital learning, instructor-led curriculum, videos, activities, scenarios, assessments, and job aids.
