Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is looking for a strong instructional designer to join their training team in Herndon, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in instructional design, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping people learn by leveraging AI tools and creating engaging online content.
The position focuses on developing training programs that support technical training in data centers and involves collaboration with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and creating effective evaluation tools.

We're looking for someone to join our training team who is a strong instructional designer with a passion for learning and leveraging AI tools, as well as develop for in the moment learning (e.g. video, simulations, and practical application).
Experience with tools like Articulate, Synthesia, and doing branching activities to help support retention. Ideally, you have experience designing and building online job aids and references, and writing materials that support classroom training events or content for e-learning solutions.
Our team develops and maintains technical training programs that support builders in data centers.
We have technical expertise to help us build interactive, online solutions for on-the-job training, but we need your thoughtful and creative solutioning with strong stakeholder engagement and people-skills. We are looking for a self-driven learner who can dive deep into complex content about our tools and systems, and then think through the best way to help other people learn them with a focus on holistic deployment including accessibility and localization.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.
They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for helping people learn and for finding simple ways to convey complex ideas. 3-6 years of relevant experience.
You have some or all of the following: knowledge and application of instructional theories, adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, and principles in both on-line and classroom instruction.
Alternately, if you have experience as a technical writer and background in any educational environment, and a desire and aptitude to learn about instructional design, you may be the right person for our team. Either way, you have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
