Job summary

Black Hills Federal Credit Union is looking for a dedicated Member Experience Consultant to handle teller transactions, open consumer memberships and assist with loans while delivering exceptional service.

You will educate members on BHFCU products, support ITMs usage, and help maintain precise records. The role requires flexibility, strong math skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills; formal training plus continuing education.
• Two to five years of relevant experience preferred; progression across MXC I–IV describes responsibilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of borrowing products, deposits, and basic banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to BHFCU branches and guide them to ITMs.
• Perform teller transactions and assist with loan applications as needed.
• Maintain loan information and follow up on pending items and delinquencies.
• Educate members on BHFCU products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Support branch coverage and community outreach as requested.
