Walden Security is seeking an Instructional Designer to support learning technologies and develop instructional materials, modules, guides, and visuals. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to align curricula with organizational goals and evaluate training impact.

Strong clarity in writing and design, plus LMS proficiency, are essential. The role focuses on designing engaging education programs for employees, updating curricula, and ensuring branding consistency across materials.

Competenze

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of instructional design experience and/or training required.
• Experience in the security industry is not necessary.

Mansioni

• Present and recommend course design, technology, and delivery options.
• Define instructional, learning, or performance objectives.
• Write and develop instructional materials and products (lesson plans, eLearning modules, guides, infographics).
• Adapt content for different learner levels.
• Assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives and arrange solutions.
• Design and implement effective education methods to improve performance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information.
• Conduct needs and strategic learning assessments for curriculum development.
