Job summary

Salesforce Global Professional Services Talent Development is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, implement and facilitate learning experiences and programs for a variety of practice areas that enable our employees to grow, develop and contribute to company growth.

The role focuses on learning design, program delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable impact and support the talent pipeline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive Learning/OD/Leadership experience
• 5 years designing development programs and courses in multiple modalities
• 3 years facilitating virtually and in person to varying levels of audiences
• Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and best practices
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions, ensuring engaging experiences
• Lead program setup, including room configuration, technology, and materials
• Manage operational flow during sessions, attendances, breakout rooms, and materials
• Serve as primary liaison for participants and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
• Gather and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement
