• Produce training content at speed and scale with high design, usability, and instructional quality.
• Manage multiple deliverables concurrently and prioritize to meet aggressive timelines.

About the Role

Aberdeen Advisors is seeking a Digital Learning Development Lead who is an exceptional learning content creator and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a hands-on development role for someone who can quickly turn complex information into compelling, easy-to-use learning experiences and build a high volume of training materials without sacrificing quality. The Training Lead will create everything from interactive eLearning and job aids to presentations, video demonstrations, quick-reference guides, and other digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Canva, and video development platforms. We are looking for someone who brings creativity, innovation, strong visual design instincts, and the versatility to select the right tool and format for each learning need.

Key Responsibilities

You are a high-performing learning developer/content producer. You will be responsible for:

• Rapidly design and develop a high volume of polished, engaging training materials across multiple formats, including eLearning, instructor-led materials, presentations, job aids, quick-reference guides, process guides, system simulations, video demonstrations, and microlearning.
• Translate complex business processes, system functionality, and SME input into clear, learner-friendly content, moving quickly from source material to finished training products.
• Use a broad range of learning development tools and technologies such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia, Snagit, Clipchamp, and AI-enabled development tools to create modern, visually engaging learning experiences.
• Produce training content at speed and scale while maintaining a consistently high bar for quality, visual design, accuracy, usability, and instructional effectiveness.
• Manage multiple learning deliverables simultaneously, effectively prioritizing work and meeting aggressive development timelines within a fast-moving transformation environment.
• Partner closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and project teams to rapidly capture information, validate content, incorporate feedback, and move materials through review and approval cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on learning development or instructional design experience, with a demonstrated ability to rapidly produce a high volume of polished, learner-ready training materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency across multiple learning and content development tools, including Articulate Rise and/or Storyline, PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia, Snagit, Clipchamp, or comparable eLearning, video, and visual design platforms.
• Exceptional learning design and visual communication skills, with the ability to transform complex systems, processes, SME input, and technical information into clear, engaging, intuitive learning experiences across eLearning, presentations, job aids, videos, system demos, and microlearning.
• Proven ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality, managing multiple training deliverables simultaneously, incorporating stakeholder feedback rapidly, and delivering against aggressive development timelines.
• Creative, technology-forward "builder" mindset, with strong curiosity and demonstrated ability to learn new development tools quickly and leverage AI-enabled solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Articulate AI, or similar technologies to accelerate content creation and improve the learner experience.
