Job summary

Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business seeks an Instructional Technology Analyst to provide expert-level troubleshooting and in-person support for learning environments, including classrooms, meeting, and event spaces.

You will assist with operation of distance learning facilities, support Crestron-based control systems, collaborate with IT colleagues on network and security, and help train student staff for after-hours coverage and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 2 years installing and maintaining learning environment hardware and software (AV, Crestron).
• Experience with customer service and ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of networking basics and client hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and in-person user support for learning environments.
• Assist users with operation of distance learning facilities.
• Investigate incidents and provide solutions for classroom control systems.
• Collaborate with other support specialists on network/security needs.
• Manage after-hours classroom support and train student staff.
• Assist with installation projects and preventative maintenance.
