Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology, cybersecurity, audiovisual technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for classroom technology, labs, and instructional spaces.
• Support classroom computers, displays, projectors, audiovisual equipment, and related devices.
• Respond promptly to classroom technology incidents to minimize instructional disruption.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, licenses, and equipment.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security configurations.
• Participate in technology projects, deployments, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain and update knowledge articles and troubleshooting procedures.
