Job summary

AUTOKINITON, located in Greenville, SC, seeks a Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for onboarding, compliance, and professional growth. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years in training or HR, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of training or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs supporting performance and onboarding.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Assess training needs with HR, managers, and leaders.
• Create and update training materials and e-learning content.
• Manage LMS assignments, reporting, and tracking.
• Support safety and policy rollouts and organizational change initiatives.
