First Quality Print & Packaging in Anderson, SC seeks a Learning and Development Manager to own the plant’s learning systems, onboarding, and operator qualification. You will build job-specific training for operators, technicians, and maintenance, maintain skills matrices, and certify workers across shifts to ensure safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in training, learning and development, or HR in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for hourly and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of OSHA training requirements and training recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with an LMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build trust on the production floor and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Design and facilitate onboarding for hourly and salaried employees.
• Develop job-specific training for operators, technicians, and maintenance.
• Maintain skills matrices and certification sign-offs across shifts.
• Administer the LMS, track completions, and keep records audit-ready.
• Lead leadership programs for supervisors and salaried leaders.
• Manage training budget, vendors, and scheduling around production.
• Partner with EHS for safety training (lockout/tagout, PPE, etc.).
• Support audits with training documentation and action plans.
• Develop apprenticeship programs and school partnerships.
• Create career pathways from operator to lead to supervisor.
