Job summary

First Quality is seeking a Learning and Development Manager for the Anderson, SC facility. This role leads the design and execution of onboarding, operator training, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline while aligning with safety and quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in training and development, experience in manufacturing, and a proven ability to drive engagement, coach leaders, and manage multiple programs with a data-driven

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead learning and development programs for manufacturing leaders and hourly staff.
Design onboarding and operator qualification training.
Develop supervisor and salaried leader development programs.
Build talent pipeline through succession planning and partnerships with local schools and universities.
Maintain training budgets, vendor management, and scheduling around production.
Ensure regulatory training and safety compliance with EHS and audits.
Coach leaders and support individual development plans.
Drive engagement, recognition, and culture through change initiatives.
Measure impact with data, tracking progress and generating action plans.
