Job summary

AUTOKINITON, located at our Greenville facility in Fountain Inn, SC, seeks a Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support onboarding, performance, and development. You’ll partner with HR and leadership to align learning with business goals and ensure content remains current.

You will manage the LMS, develop engaging materials, and support safety initiatives while upholding integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of training or learning and development experience preferred.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, managers, and leaders to assess training needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs across onboarding, performance, and organizational development.
• Design, deliver, and update instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning modules.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with HR, managers, and business leaders.
• Create and update training materials, presentations, job aids, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Ensure training content stays current and aligned with company policies.

• Be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support employee performance, compliance, onboarding, professional development, and organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with HR, managers, and business leaders.
• Create and update training materials, presentations, job aids, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Ensure training content remains current, relevant, and aligned with company policies and procedures.
• Manage learning management system (LMS) assignments, reporting, and tracking.
• Support environment, health and safety compliance and management system functions and activities.
• Assist HR and Safety with policy rollouts, organizational change initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

This Salary role is a part of our Human Resources department and reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Required experience:

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, work effectively as part of a team, and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of training, facilitation, learning and development, supervision or HR experience preferred.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Display high level of professionalism, impeccable integrity, and confidentiality.

Working conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, product, or equipment.
• The colleague is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms in repairing fixing, welding, or conducting inspection.
• The colleague must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
