Job summary

AUTOKINITON, located at our Greenville facility in Fountain Inn, SC, seeks a Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support onboarding, performance, and development. You’ll partner with HR and leadership to align learning with business goals and ensure content remains current.

You will manage the LMS, develop engaging materials, and support safety initiatives while upholding integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
2-5 years of training or learning and development experience preferred.
Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with HR, managers, and leaders to assess training needs.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs across onboarding, performance, and organizational development.
Design, deliver, and update instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning modules.
Assess training needs through collaboration with HR, managers, and business leaders.
Create and update training materials, presentations, job aids, manuals, and e-learning content.
Ensure training content stays current and aligned with company policies.
