Job summary

HomeServe USA in Chattanooga, TN seeks an experienced Trainer to design and deliver best-in-class training programs for Center Operations. You will lead training classes in virtual and classroom settings and drive continuous improvement through effective learning strategies.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, collaborating with the content development team, ensuring compliance alignment with quality initiatives, and tracking trainee progress to support performance development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related certification or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering training programs in a corporate environment; call center experience is highly desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and superior presentation/ facilitation abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs in virtual and classroom settings.
• Identify training needs through job analysis and consultation with business leaders.
• Collaborate with content development and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback for performance development.
