Job summary

HomeServe USA in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead a team of learning facilitators delivering new hire, upskill, and leadership training across the organization. This hands-on role develops trainers, ensures delivery standards, and aligns programs with operations, quality, and workforce management.

The position emphasizes adapting training to evolving technologies and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a training team in a contact-center or service environment.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs.
• Strong facilitation and adult learning principles.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and schedules.
• Experience partnering with Operations and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of learning facilitators.
• Set performance standards for facilitation quality and readiness.
• Observe and coach trainers to improve delivery.
• Coordinate new hire, cross-training, upskill, product, and leadership training programs.
• Partner with Operations and other leaders to align resources.
• Oversee training schedules, attendance, and completion tracking.
• Ensure trainers are certified on content before delivery.
• Maintain consistent delivery standards across locations.
• Monitor learner performance and provide targeted coaching.
• Support transitions from training to production.
• Track training outcomes using completion, assessments, graduation, etc.
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to content developers.
• Support implementation of new systems and AI-enabled tools through training.
• Promote adult-learning practices.
• Conduct training sessions as needed and may step into facilitator role.
• Maintain training documentation.
