Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs via surveys, interviews and consultations.
• Design, update and enhance training programs and materials.
• Plan, deliver in-person or virtual training sessions.
• Evaluate training programs with feedback and metrics.
• Oversee LMS implementation and usage for tracking.
• Collaborate with HR and managers on performance improvements.
• Engage stakeholders to align learning with business goals.
• Develop onboarding, technical, and leadership curricula.
• Monitor participation and maintain accurate LMS records.
• Provide constructive feedback on trainers and sessions.
