Qualifications

• Experience identifying training needs and developing curricula.

• Experience delivering trainings in-person and virtually.
• Experience evaluating training impact and providing feedback.
• Familiarity with LMS administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis: identify skills gaps via surveys/interviews.
• Design, update, and enhance training curricula and materials.
• Plan, coordinate, facilitate onboarding, tech, and leadership training.
• Track participation and completion in LMS; maintain records.
• Analyze training data with LMS and Excel to assess impact.
• Evaluate trainer performance and outcomes; provide feedback.
• Introduce new learning tools and methodologies for engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external providers on initiatives.
• Support managers in addressing learning challenges and needs.
• Mentor and guide team members toward development goals.
• Perform related duties to support training objectives.
