You will design assessments, deliver instructor-led and computer-based training, and partner with business units to achieve outcomes.

You will develop and sustain learning materials, collaborate with delivery staff, and apply instructional design to drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or Communication with emphasis on grammar and writing, curriculum development, and instructional design.
• Experience documenting courses/workshops using adult learning theory and facilitation skills.
• Ability to deliver training via classroom, CBT, Web, and e-learning formats.
• Maintaining training materials, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Ability to build relationships and work diplomatically with all levels of staff.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS and Cherwell.

Aufgaben

• Continuously improve training effectiveness by incorporating safety, reliability, and customer service.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver training programs across units to meet business outcomes.
• Create and coordinate training schedules, monitor enrollments, and track attendance.
• Maintain training resources including materials, LMS, SAP, and other training software like Camtasia.
• Measure learning outcomes with assessments and reports.
• Support and coordinate delivery staff for training initiatives.
• Apply instructional design to create course docs (objectives, guides, handouts, etc.).
• Develop business processes to sustain learning outcomes and on-the-job transfer.
• Analyze training needs to identify performance gaps and customize offerings.
• Benchmark and implement best practices for training methods and technology.
• Create training-related communications and promote opportunities enterprise-wide.
• Conduct on-site observations and interviews to refine training needs and post-training usage.
