Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Experience leading projects and managing complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional theories and learning assessment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, evaluate and develop plans for innovative training designs and programs to enhance effectiveness.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and development programs for business units using varied methods.
• Supervise needs assessments and evaluate instructor performance to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal partners to optimize communication and training delivery.
• Lead cross-departmental project teams to enhance training products and manage change.
