Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for manufacturing roles.

The role focuses on onboarding, on-the-job training, leadership development, and technical skills, with strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. The candidate will manage the LMS, monitor program effectiveness, and collaborate with production leaders to align curricula with departmental goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years in manufacturing training
• Experience designing and evaluating learning programs
• Experience administering an LMS
• Strong project management with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding, OJT, leadership development, and technical training programs.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials for instructor-led, e-learning, and hands-on formats.
• Partner with department managers to identify training needs and develop structured plans.
• Administer LMS, track compliance, and maintain training records.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend curriculum improvements.
