Job summary

GGRM Law Firm is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Las Vegas to coordinate onboarding, deliver training, and analyze learning outcomes. You will partner with department leaders to ensure effective programs and consistent operations across the firm.

The role includes delivering instructor-led and virtual training, maintaining training documentation, and leveraging the LMS to track completion and performance trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
• Experience delivering instructor-led in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and project management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and onboarding training across departments.
• Maintain audit-ready training and performance documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training readiness and operational alignment.
• Identify training gaps and opportunities through feedback and performance trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, job aids, and resources.
• Deliver instructor-led and LMS-based training for leadership, procedures, and systems.
