Job summary

GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to coordinate orientation, training, and development programs across the firm. You will support onboarding, manage LMS activities, and collaborate with department leaders to ensure training effectiveness and operational consistency.

The role requires 2+ years in training/learning and development, strong facilitation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills for interactions across the firm.
• Experience delivering instructor-led in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high-level project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and LMS.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding across departments.
• Maintain audit-ready training and performance documentation.
• Partner with leaders to support training readiness and alignment.
• Identify training gaps through feedback and performance trends.
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials and resources.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual and in-person training on leadership, procedures, and systems.
• Schedule trainings and manage LMS course assignments.
• Analyze LMS reports and onboarding metrics for improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with manager and users.
• Participate in special L&D projects and other duties as assigned.
