Job summary

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable learning new software and teaching others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Multifamily property management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Provide post-training support and coaching to reinforce learning.
• Travel periodically to communities and company meetings to deliver training and support implementation.
• Create training guides, presentations, videos, job aids, and SOPs.
• Translate complex processes into clear learning resources.
• Develop role-specific learning materials for leasing, management, maintenance, and corporate teams.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and completion reports.
• Support company-wide training initiatives, software implementations, and policy rollouts.
• Ensure training materials remain current and consistent across departments.
• Collect employee feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
