Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to lead training and onboarding programs across our properties. You will create materials, learning maps, and interactive content while collaborating with subject matter experts.

The role includes facilitating workshops, measuring training impact, and supporting organizational change while traveling as needed. Starting salary $62,500 annually or more based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use common office technology.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Associate degree in business, education, human resources, organizational development, or related field.
• One to two years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, learning and development, or a related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, professional development, leadership, compliance, operational, and technology training programs.
• Design and develop training materials, job aids, learning guides, learning maps, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops, classroom training, virtual learning, and other development opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.
• Support organizational change initiatives through training and communication efforts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create, update, and customize learning content.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps across departments and job functions.
• Develop learning solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Maintain training materials to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and effective.
