Qualifications

• - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the confidence to facilitate learning experiences.
• - Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• - Experience coordinating events, meetings, or training programs.
• - Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate across departments.
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new Property Managers, manage logistics for onboarding materials and workshops.
• Facilitate portions of the onboarding curriculum and host virtual learning workshops.
• Support planning and continuous improvement of learning programs and resources.
