Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IO psychology, HR, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3-5 years in learning and development or HR with workshop design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively design and facilitate quarterly professional development workshops.
• Strengthen onboarding programs including planning new hire events.
• Support performance management cycles with goal setting, career conversations, and talent reviews.
• Assist with launch and result compilation of employee surveys.
