Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, deliver, and evaluate employee training across our network. You will develop eLearning and instructor-led modules, manage the LMS, and generate impact reports to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with operations and the L&D Director to align programs with organizational goals, stay current with industry trends, and travel to subsidiaries as needed. This role is on-site in our Virginia area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of training materials, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training.
• Deliver engaging training to employees, in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training impact and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends and technology.
• Collaborate with L&D team and stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Manage LMS and extract reports to measure outcomes.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate with operations.
