Job summary

Chimes is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to enhance training programs across affiliates. You will develop eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, and job aids, deliver training in person and virtually, and evaluate program impact to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 8 years of L&D experience, strong MS Office and LMS management skills, and collaboration with operations to align programs with goals.
