The Learning & Development team seeks an experienced professional to develop training materials, deliver engaging instruction, and evaluate impact across multiple subsidiaries.

Travel to various Chimes subsidiaries may be required. The role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and ongoing alignment with organizational goals and standards within the Learning

Qualifications

• 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Experience creating training materials, eLearning modules, and job aids.
• Ability to deliver engaging training in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing customized training materials and programs.
• Deliver training to employees in person and online.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends and technologies.
• Manage LMS and generate reports measuring training impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs with goals.
