Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Learning and Development professional to develop customized training materials, including eLearning modules and instructor-led sessions, and to deliver engaging programs for employees across multiple subsidiaries.

The role involves managing the LMS, evaluating training effectiveness, and staying current with industry trends while collaborating with the L&D team to align programs with organizational goals. Flexibility to travel as needed is included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training and job aids.
• Deliver training to employees in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay current with L&D trends and technology.
• Collaborate with L&D team and stakeholders to align programs with goals.
• Manage LMS and generate reports to measure impact.
• Conduct training needs assessments and communicate with operations teams.
• Support Learning and Development Director to meet priorities and comply with standards.
