Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals. You will develop eLearning modules, instructor-led materials, and job aids, while ensuring training effectiveness through data-driven evaluations.

The role requires hands-on experience with LMS platforms, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple subsidiaries. Travel may be required to support field priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
• Experience in developing customized training materials including eLearning modules.
• Proficiency in delivering training to employees both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of customized training materials, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training.
• Deliver engaging and effective training to employees, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Manage LMS and extract reports to measure training impact.
• Travel to various Chimes subsidiaries as needed.
