Chimes is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to create and deliver training programs for a diverse workforce. You will develop materials, modules, and job aids, and deliver both in-person and virtual sessions while measuring impact and continuous improvement.
You'll stay current with industry trends, collaborate across the L&D team, manage the LMS, and conduct needs assessments to support organization goals. Travel to subsidiaries may be required.

High School Diploma and 8 years of learning and development experience.
Outlook and MS Suite, Experience in Managing LMS Platforms, Communication, Organization and Prioritizing, Ability to Shift Priorities Quickly, Foster Relationships and Network.
Lift up to 30 pounds, squat, bend over, stand for long periods of time, sit for extended periods of time (desk and driving), reaching at all angles.
