Job summary

Dominion Payroll in Richmond, VA is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist I to design and deliver training for employees, managers and executives. You will consult with stakeholders, create learning programs, and become an expert in isolved University while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company policies.

The role requires 2–3 years training experience, strong presentation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years training/teaching experience.
Strong presentation and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and IT tools.
Excellent written and oral communication; adaptable in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and develop training for employees, managers, and executives.
Consult with stakeholders to identify development needs and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and present continuous learning programs and materials.
Create and deploy internal communications and surveys to gather feedback.
Maintain confidentiality with HR information and uphold company policies.
