IF-Italia nel Futuro seeks a motivated Training Specialist to support employee learning, onboarding, and professional development in a fully remote US environment. You’ll enjoy teaching, creating materials, and helping colleagues build knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities include planning, delivering, and optimizing training programs, coordinating sessions, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes while staying current with modern learning technologies and instructional design practices.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly; 0–3+ years in training, HR, education, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting virtual training sessions and communicating with groups.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to create clear, engaging training materials.
• Familiarity with LMS, video conferencing, or e-learning tools a plus.
• Based in United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs.
• Conduct virtual training sessions, onboarding, and educational presentations.
• Develop, update, and organize training materials, guides, and learning resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance, and session logistics.
• Track participation, completion, and learning progress; prepare reports and summaries.
• Collaborate with HR, managers, SMEs, and teams to develop relevant programs.
• Assist with onboarding and role-specific training initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to employees during training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records and learning documentation.
• Stay informed about modern learning technologies and methodologies.
• Support special learning and development projects as assigned.

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Training Specialist to support employee learning, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching, communicating with others, developing training materials, and helping employees build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a fully remote work environment.

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs
• Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and educational presentations
• Assist with new hire training and orientation programs
• Develop, update, and organize training materials, presentations, guides, manuals, and learning resources
• Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance, and session logistics
• Communicate training requirements, schedules, and updates to employees and managers
• Assess training needs and assist in identifying opportunities for employee development
• Support the creation of online learning content, courses, and training resources
• Track employee participation, training completion, and learning progress
• Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and program summaries
• Collaborate with HR, managers, subject-matter experts, and other teams to develop relevant training programs
• Assist with onboarding and role-specific training initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to employees during training programs
• Maintain accurate training records and learning documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve training processes, materials, and employee learning experiences
• Stay informed about modern learning technologies, training methodologies, and professional development practices
• Support special learning and development projects as assigned
• Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
• 0-3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, education, customer service, administration, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required
