Job summary

Dominion Payroll in Richmond, VA is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist I to design and deliver training for employees, managers and executives. You will consult with stakeholders, create learning programs, and become an expert in isolved University while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company policies.

The role requires 2–3 years training experience, strong presentation and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years training/teaching experience.

Here is what you'll do day-today:

• Facilitate and develop key training for employees, managers, and executives.
• Consult with key stakeholders within the organization for development needs based on feedback for continuous improvement.
• Help develop and present continuous learning programs.
• Create and conduct internal training utilizing proven training ideologies and training materials.
• Become an expert in isolved University.
• Create and deploy communication with employees.
• Participate in planning new engaging learning opportunities for ongoing employee education.
• Develop and deliver surveys that will help provide a voice for all employees.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality with all HR related information.
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 2-3 years training/teaching experience

• Strong presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
