Job summary

IBC Bank seeks a Learning & Development Specialist I to support employee knowledge and skill development to meet current and future business objectives and customer needs. In this in-office, full-time role within Corporate Training, you will conduct engaging trainings, assess learner progress, and partner with managers to close learning gaps across the bank.

Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills are essential, as are a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field (preferred).
• 1 year or more management experience (required or preferred).
• Training experience is desired.
• Certifications such as CPLP, ATD CPTD, SHRM-CP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training aligned with learning objectives.
• Promote IBC’s philosophies and culture to new hires.
• Evaluate trainee competency levels and adapt teaching styles.
• Coach employees on learning gaps or policy adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date records of trainee progress in the LMS.
• Provide management with feedback on employee performance and policy adherence.
