Job summary

IBC Bank is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist I for in-office duties in the 641 Corporate Training department. The role focuses on developing staff knowledge to meet business objectives and customer needs.

The incumbent will conduct interactive trainings, support new hires, evaluate progress, and coordinate with managers to close learning gaps. A Bachelor’s degree and some management/training experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communication or related field.
• 1 year or more management experience.
• Training experience is desired.
• Certifications in L&D or HR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and engaging training aligned with objectives.
• Promote IBC’s philosophies and culture to new hires.
• Evaluate trainees and adapt teaching styles to learners.
• Record trainee progress and maintain LMS data.
• Provide comprehensive evaluations on trainee performance.
• Consult with managers on trainee development.
• Deliver trainings using different delivery methods.
