Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Learning Specialist I to consult with and support clients across the enterprise by assessing needs, designing and delivering training programs, and partnering with SMEs to create resources across instructor-led, e-learning, and blended formats. You will manage course materials, ensure learner effectiveness, and help coordinate registrations and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years banking or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and support clients across the enterprise through needs assessments and training design.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led, computer-based, and blended learning programs with SMEs.
• Create course materials, job aids, and learning resources; evaluate training effectiveness (levels 1–4).
• Coordinate registrations, communicate offerings, report results, and support training systems.
