Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design and deliver training programs for associates across in-person, online, and webinar formats. You will develop curricula, train current and new team members, and ensure adoption of new skills with effective instructional delivery.

Requires a bachelor's or associate degree with banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage time in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with three to five years banking experience.
• Ability to work with multiple individuals within the organization.
• Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering technical, operational, and management areas.
• Develops training curricula and uses vendor programs to meet goals.
• Creates training aids, manuals, multimedia materials, and tutorials.
• Coordinates administrative functions to document training programs.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and revises objectives accordingly.
• Maintains and updates procedures; supports LMS reporting and content creation.
• Leads discussions, handles special projects, and guides new trainers in delivery techniques.
