Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of training coordination, facilitation, or employee development practices.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn LMS functions and support training logistics.
• Ability to assess training needs and recommend practical improvements.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training programs for onboarding and professional development.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended training sessions.
• Create training materials including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Administer LMS, track progress, and generate reports.
• Analyze training data to improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and department leaders.
