• Coordinate training logistics, organize events, prepare materials, and assess training effectiveness.
• Administer LMS and Performance Management platforms; manage enrollments, permissions, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and collaborate with IT to improve system functionality.
• Support daily training, development, and performance management operations.
