Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in education, human services, developmental disabilities, nursing, rehabilitation, training, or related fields.
• Proven experience coordinating continuing educational programs for a large and diverse staff.
• Proficiency in using LMS platforms and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) with the development and implementation of staff training and continuing education exercises.
• Organizes, coordinates and conducts orientation programs for new employees, with Human Resources.
• Conducts needs assessments, designs, develops, and measures learning and development solutions.
• Coordinates and organizes conferences, lectures, demonstrations, seminars and workshops to advance the Foundation's mission.
• Documents and updates the learning management system (LMS) and training files.
• Liaises with affiliate partners to understand needs and provide learning solutions.
• Attains or maintains certifications necessary to teach required courses.
