The Princeton Review’s Tutor.com and related services seek a Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for educators and staff across multiple educational programs.

You will create digital learning content, lead webinars and live trainings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to update LMS courses and resources. Strong background in education and internal systems is required.

Formación

• Experience designing instructional materials and digital learning content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Experience creating training for educators, instructional staff, and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training programs for educators and instructional professionals.
• Research educational trends and PD best practices to guide program development.
• Assess training needs of external partners and customize learning modules and sessions.
