Britebound, a national nonprofit in Boston, is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist to build and implement the organization’s learning strategy across onboarding, leadership development, DEI, and skill-building initiatives. You will design blended programs, manage the LMS, and collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver high-quality content.

You will facilitate live and virtual sessions, coach managers, and drive a culture of continuous growth with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in learning and development, instructional design, or org effectiveness.
• Experience designing and facilitating for hybrid/remote workforces.
• Proficiency with LMS and digital learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva, LinkedIn Learning).
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic nonprofit setting.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and behavior change strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Design high-impact programs across onboarding, leadership, DEI, and upskilling.
• Manage blended learning and the LMS content and reporting.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to deliver quality content.
• Create engaging training materials and performance support tools.
• Define success metrics and use data to improve programs.
